Clinical Supervision
Vanessa has been supervising clinical psychology registrars and early career psychologists since 2019. She strives to create a safe, supportive, and reflective learning space for her supervisees to grow their skills and confidence. Vanessa is aware of and holds space for issues and challenges that registrars and early career psychologists commonly encounter, including self-doubt and the "imposter syndrome". Vanessa's supervision style can be described as supportive, reflective, and collaborative. She strives to provide regular feedback and opportunities for experiential learning where possible.
