Fees

Please find below our standard fee schedule, which is set below the Australian Psychological Society (APS) recommended fee of $451 for a 90-minute session and $318 for a 46-60 minute session. Phone calls, letters, forms, meetings with third parties, and travel time may attract additional fees at our standard consulting rate of $280/hour.

Rebates

Medicare

With a valid doctor's referral from a GP, psychiatrist, or paediatrician, you are entitled to claim a medicare rebate of $145.25 (or approx 80% of the scheduled fee if you have reached the "medicare safety net threshold") for 10 sessions per calendar year.

Private Health

Depending on your policy, you may be able to claim a partial rebate for your appointment. Please contact your provider to confirm. Medicare and private health rebates cannot be claimed concurrently.

NDIS Funding

We support self-managed NDIS funding only (not third-party of NDIS managed funds).

Cancellation Policy

Our booking system (Halaxy) sends out an SMS reminder three days before your appointment. A minimum of 48 hours' notice is needed when cancelling or rescheduling appointments. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice (Late Cancellation), will incur a cancellation fee of $100. Appointments that are not attended without providing prior notice (No Show Appointment) will incur the full consultation fee. The cancellation/non-attendance fee does not attract any Medicare or Private Health benefits. The cancellation fee may be reduced or waived in certain circumstances at our discretion.
