Fees & Rebates

Fees

Please find below our standard fee schedule, which is set below the Australian Psychological Society (APS) recommended fee of $451 for a 90-minute session and $318 for a 50-60 minute session.

Initial Consultation (90 minutes) $390 (or $244.75 if Medicare eligible)
Follow-up Consultations (50-60 minutes) $280 (or $134.75 if Medicare eligible)

Phone calls, third-party meeting attendance, forms, and other requested paperwork may attract additional fees based on our standard consulting rate of $270/hour. Travel time may also incur an additional fee.

Please contact us to discuss fees for neuropsychological testing, which varies depending on the exact assessment schedule.

Rebates

Medicare

With a valid doctor's referral, obtained from a GP, psychiatrist, or paediatrician, you are entitled to claim a medicare rebate of $145.25 (or up to 80% of the scheduled fee if you have reached the "medicare safety net threshold") for 10 sessions per calendar year.

Private Health

Depending on your policy, you may be able to claim a partial rebate for your appointment. Please contact your provider to confirm. Medicare and private health rebates cannot be claimed concurrently.

NDIS Funding

We support self-managed NDIS funding.

Cancellation Policy

Our booking system (Halaxy) sends out an SMS reminder three days before your appointment. A minimum of 48 hours' notice is needed when cancelling or rescheduling appointments. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice (Late Cancellation), will incur a cancellation fee of $100. Appointments that are not attended without providing prior notice (No Show Appointment) will incur the full consultation fee. The cancellation/non-attendance fee does not attract any Medicare or Private Health benefits. The cancellation fee may be reduced or waived in certain circumstances at our discretion. It will be waived in the event of an emergency.
