Fees & Rebates
Fees
The Australian Psychological Society (APS) recommends standard consultation fees for psychologists. Our fees are below this guideline. Please contact us for a copy of our current fee schedule.
Rebates
Medicare
With a valid doctor's referral, obtained from a GP, psychiatrist, or paediatrician, you are entitled to claim a medicare rebate of $93.35 - $137.05 (or up to 80% of the scheduled fee if you have reached the "medicare safety net threshold") for 10 sessions per calendar year.
Private Health
Depending on your provider and policy, you may be able to claim a partial rebate for your appointment. Please contact your provider to confirm. Medicare and private health rebates cannot be claimed concurrently.
NDIS Funding
We support self-managed and third-party managed NDIS funding.
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 48 hours notice when cancelling an appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice or non-attendance will result in a cancellation fee of $100. The fee may be waived, at the discretion of your clinician, in cases of genuine illness or misadventure.
