Catherine is a Clinical Psychologist who is passionate about working with individuals across the lifespan experiencing a range of difficulties. Catherine has a warm and tailored approach to therapy and strives to build a strong therapeutic relationship with each individual based on trust and collaboration.
Catherine provides therapy primarily from the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) framework and integrates elements of Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Schema Therapy. She is also trained to provide comprehensive psychometric assessment.
Catherine has completed a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from Macquarie University and a Master of Clinical Psychology from Western Sydney University.
Catherine's clinical experience includes work in other private practice settings and outpatient community treatment across hospitals in Western Sydney. She has experience working with children, adolescents and adults with a range of presentations including anxiety, phobia, depression, school refusal, ADHD, ASD, OCD, PTSD, general stress and interpersonal relationship challenges.
